Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD).
  • Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
  • Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions.
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend optimizations.
  • Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers.
  • Support system testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of workflows, user stories, and process maps.
  • Manage change requests and ensure smooth implementation.
  • Provide support in ERP modules such as HR, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain (if applicable).
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
