Job Description
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD/FRD).
- Create Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement sessions.
- Analyze current business processes and recommend optimizations.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, and project managers.
- Support system testing (UAT) and validate deliverables against requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation of workflows, user stories, and process maps.
- Manage change requests and ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide support in ERP modules such as HR, Payroll, Finance, or Supply Chain (if applicable).
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
